scc-1998-65 RPM for i386

Scheme compiler by Joel Bartlett of DEC Western Research Lab.  The
most recent version from DEC was called "15mar93", I've renamed this
version "1998".  This is the only free Scheme compiler I know of that
works under both Unix and Windows.  It includes a nice foreign
function and structure interface generation package and an interface
to Xlib.  There is also a rewrite of tinyCLOS available along with
various other library packages.
